Work is fully remote at flexible hours. I am looking for a female with: - Excellent customer service skills (emails + chat) - Ability to manage freelancers - Excellent English skills - Some Photoshop skills (to be able to edit, crop and change colours of images on photoshop) - Job is long-term The job is for an eCommerce website which sells custom products. The job itself is a lot of fun and feedback from clients has been awesome. As a company, we are three young full-time employees and consider ourselves fun people to work with. You will learn not only customer service but also how to manage other people (as you will be managing other freelancers), improve your communication skills, advance your graphic design skills and learn some e-commerce. We pay $500 a month, work is 7 days a week (up to 40 hours per week). Need to login and answer clients and freelancers' messages twice in a day, every day (morning and evening), usually take 2-6 hours per day of quite intense work, depends on the workload. If you don't want to work weekends we can arrange for the replacement.
